Annaimugan Engineering Enterprise believes in helping its customers, and therefore we have a flexible cancellation policy. Please proceed to below for the policy.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within the same day of placing an order.
The cancel request will not be accepted if the orders have been communicated to the Processing/Delivery and they have initiated the process of shipping.
No cancellations will be entertained for those products that are in offers, or grouped with other products on a discounted price or products that are purchased a week before / during special occasions. These are the limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice with us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
If there are complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

What is Annaimugan Engineering Enterprise return policy?
Customers can return any product at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back and you can pay for only the one’s you buy. if the product or spares, filters are damaged or in contact with water is not returnable or exchangeable.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. In case your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, to cancel Contact Us. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case a delivery has already been made. Once Product Is Opened or Used no Returns or refund.

Also if there is any problem with the product , found defective at time of delivery ,we accept return and refund full amount back to customer account paid through online.
